Kim Evans

Kim Evans is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of IL. She has an MS in Exercise Physiology and an MA in Clinical Psychology from Wheaton Graduate School. Kim has a wealth of knowledge and experience gained from her clinical practice of close to 20 years and has taught at the well-known fitness resort, Rancho La Puerta in Tecate, Mexico on “ The Journey of Healing”. She has also spoken at several teen and women’s groups at local churches on self-esteem, spiritual growth, and motherhood.

Mary Kaiser, founder of Start with Strengths, is an organizational development consultant and a coach. For the past 20 years, she has led many individuals through growth and change, as well as multiple organizational change projects for Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), Watson Wyatt and her own firm. Her client base is diverse and her experience comprehensive, building a rich base of personal and organizational development expertise. She has a Masters in Organizational Development from the Center of Organizational Development at Loyola University, is a certified coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation. Her clients include Accenture, Baxter Healthcare, Allstate, John Deere, Goldman Sachs, Hyperion Software, Credit Suisse and Infant Welfare Society.

Leah Richer

After navigating a difficult divorce, Leah Richer found herself in a position where she needed to reinvent herself and establish a new career. Motivated to save her home for herself and her son, she embarked on a journey to start her own business. In 2005 she established Richterworks Web, a design and development company. She combines her fine arts training, fashion design, administrative experience and a Master’s in Web Design to provide quality products to her clients.

Robin Listhartke

As the first female police officer hired in a south western Chicago Suburb, Robin spent 11 years in law enforcement. After taking time off to raise 2 children, the recession hit her family and 23 years later Robin went back to work full time at a Chicago area law firm as a clerk. One and a half years later, Robin completed her degree as a para legal. Robin will share the good, the bad and the ugly about her journey to re-enter the work force full time after a 23 year hiatus.

Allie Pleiter

Northwestern University Graduate Allie Pleiter, took on a dare from a friend to begin writing. She has written two parenting books and 14 novels that have sold nearly 800,000 copies in over 7 countries around the world. Her latest novel, The Firefighters Match, was released in November of 2013 and can be found on line at Amazon and in local stores around the Chicago area. If you are interested in writing your own book, you will want to hear her story!
